I go out on walks, searching for adventure, and whenever I see something that I think would look good on "film" I capture it. Sometimes if I don't have a camera on hand, I'll return to the same spot a few days later with a camera, just to take pictures.

The way that you can look at someone else's work and get inspiration and not copy it so that it can be original, is to look at their deviation, relate it to something you have known or seen before, or keep it locked away in your head until you can relate it and then capture it.
For example: if you see someone's picture of an apple tree, you can relate that to trees which relates to forests, and the color red can relate to the color orange and yellow. Those colors plus a forest can relate to fall foliage and you can go out and take a picture of a hill side full of changing tree colors. See?

yeahh, thats a really good way of doing it too. I walked around my campus today and was looking at the trees and stuff. I got a few ideas with cherry trees and then some graffiti ideas too. This season is the most easy to work with but then again i dont only want to work with the colors, I was thinking that since the colors of fall are similar to the colors of fire, would somehow combine the two. Fall, a blazing fir between us. haha im silly O_o
